Penza mayor urges to tighten budget funds expenditures control

Penza, 12 January 2017. PenzaNews. The head of Penza administration Victor Kuvaytsev urged to tighten budget funds expenditures control.

“During the last years we took a lot of measures to stop corruption, introduced mechanisms for corruption schemes registration at any level. Today, first of all, we have to solve the tasks set by the governor Ivan Belozertsev – to improve the work of the offices that control budget funds expenditures and register personal interest at the initial stage,” the mayor noted at the meeting of the anti-corruption council, which was held on Thursday, January 12.
As it was reported by the press service of the mayor’s office, after that the workers of the law enforcement authorities reported to those present on the results of the conducted work on the elimination of the circumstances that assisted in committing crimes in municipal institutions of the city.
Drawing up the conclusion Victor Kuvaytsev expressed his hope that the announced suggestions will help to cope with the problematic issues and to work more effectively.
