The capacity of the plant, which underwent technical re-equipment in 2012-2013, equals to 10 tons of end product per hour. At present, the factory is a working enterprise with a fully automatic cycle of combined feed production, which includes lines of crushing, mixing, dosing, granulation and others.
The territory of the factory includes three on-floor grain storages with the total capacity of 4,500 tons, an elevator with the capacity of up to 5,000 tons of raw materials, and a drying complex. It also has a laboratory equipped with machines for the analyses of raw materials and end products. The enterprise, which employs 72 people, has all necessary infrastructure.
As it was reported by the press service of the group of companies "Damate", the enterprise has a new animal feed mill and an elevator.
"The capacity of the plant, brought into operation in 2016, equals to 25 tons per hour, and the elevator is designed for storing 30,000 tons of grains at the same time. Within the project on increasing the operational capacities, the capacity of the animal feed mill will be increased to 45 tons, and the capacity of the elevator – to 75,000 tons of storing," the agricultural holding noted.
The company added that the purchase of the property of the LLC "Kavendrovsky animal feed mill" will let "Damate" completely refuse buying animal feed from third-party vendors during the increase of capacities of the enterprise operating in the Nizhnelomovsky area.
"Transfer of combined feed production to our own enterprises allows specialists of the company to control the quality of raw materials and finished feed. In future, plants will specialize in different formulations, which will ensure continuity and rhythm of the production," the press service emphasized.
