Governor gives a number of orders to officials after meeting with Dmitry Medvedev
Penza, 14 March 2017. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Ivan Belozertsev gave a number of orders to responsible officials after a meeting with the Russian prime-minister Dmitry Medvedev, which was held in Moscow last week.

During the meeting, the head of the constituent entity informed the prime-minister of Russia on the state of agriculture in the region noting that it shows a positive trend.
Previously, Ivan Belozertsev had a meeting with Alexander Tkachev, minister of agriculture of the Russian Federation. During the negotiations, the sides came to agreement on the issue of increasing the interest rate on investment credits in agriculture.
"This was the result of the meeting with the head of the Russian Federation government Dmitry Medvedev. He decided to support ‘the growing point’ of the Penza region – the agricultural sector," Ivan Belozertsev reminded.
He emphasized that at present agriculture of the Penza region shows a progress that can be demonstrated to the whole country.
That is why the governor expressed his intention to invite the minister of agriculture of the Russian Federation to visit the Penza region.
"There are a lot of places worth seeing in our region. A veal village and a new factory of the group of companies 'Damate' are winning projects. It is possible to hold a large training seminar where workers of the agricultural sector will be able to share their knowledge," the press service of the regional government quotes Ivan Belozertsev.
