Penza region included in top 50 regions that develop public and private partnership

Penza, 28 March 2017. PenzaNews. The Penza region occupied the 44th position in the rating of Russian cities' public and private partnership development in 2016.

Its results were presented at the 4th infrastructure congress "Russian week of public and private partnership", which was held in Moscow on Tuesday, March 28.
The rating was prepared on the basis of the "Level of public and private development in constituent entities of the Russian Federation" factor, which was identified by valuing its constituent factors – institutional environment development, regulatory support, experience of project realization in the sphere of public and private partnership.
The leaders of the Russian rating are Moscow (90.1%), the Moscow and Samara regions (82.7%), as well as the Novosibirsk region (72.5%). The index of the Penza region amounted to 35.1%.
In the Volga Federal District the best indexes belong to the Samara and Nizhny Novgorod regions – 82.7% and 69.4% respectively, as well as to Bashkotorstan – 67.7%. In the Volga Federal District, the Penza region occupied the 11th position.
Commenting on the results of the rating, the ministry of economy of the Penza region noted that the region improved its position by 4 points.
