Penza, 30 March 2017. PenzaNews. Specialists of companies of the cluster “Penza Confectioners Union” started training within the framework of a two-day seminar, which is held by the certified Russian speaking coach of the SGS Academy Irina Kuznetsova at the premises of the innovative business incubator.

According to Irina Kuznetsova, the programme of the training is extremely relevant for industrial enterprises that often have to deal with consumer complaints.

"Within the framework of the two-day course, the students will learn principles of organization and management of complaints as well as the main ways of handling with them on the basis of the international standard ISO 10002. They will also be able to get and consolidate the skills that are needed to plan and develop an effective process of complaint handling," the business coach explained.

The event is attended by representatives of the confectionery factories "Miroslada", and "Vanyushkiny sladosti", the firm "Unitron", as well as the companies "Ostrov izobolia", "TD Kholod", "Vanyushkiny sladosti", "Bekovsky RPK Oktyabr", "Bosa Nova", and "Visit".

The training was organized by the JCS Center of Cluster Development with the assistance of the Ministry of Industry of the Penza region.
