Penza, 3 April 2017. PenzaNews. The governor Ivan Belozertsev ordered members of the Penza region government to start looking for an investor who would be ready to build a recycling plant in the region.

"We need a plant that would be different from the one located in Cheboksary where wastes are only sorted, we need a plant that would recycle them," he said during the operative meeting in the regional government on Monday, April 3.

Ivan Belozertsev noted that the construction of the plant that would recycle hard domestic waste will cost more, that is why it is necessary to get interested businesses involved.

"Such plant will be constructed at the investor's expense," the governor said.
