Penza, 4 April 2017. PenzaNews. A berries and mushrooms processing enterprise is planned to be created at the premises of the Kadadinsky department of "Yursovsky forestry" in the Sosnovoborsk area of the Penza region in the second half of 2017.

As it was reported by the press service of the Penza region government, at the first stage the volume of investment will exceed 700,000 rubles.

At present, workers started repairing the building with the total area of 200 m2 where the enterprise will be located. Technological equipment for the processing workshop was already chosen and includes drying ovens, freezers, machines for slicing mushrooms and herbs, tables and packing devices. It was also decided who will supply the equipment.

In addition, there was a business meeting held between the investor who plans to implement the project and the management of the cooperative "Ramzaysky ogorod" of the Mokshany area. Within the framework of the tour around the premises, members of the delegation visited new workshops of processing, prepacking, packing and storing agricultural products.

In order to solve the issue of seasonality it is planned to use a low-temperature chamber for storing large volume of raw materials. It will allow increasing the work period of the production lines.

In addition, it is planned that during off-season periods oyster mushrooms will be purchased from regional producers.
