Penza, 2 May 2017. PenzaNews. 400 jobs will be created in the Penza region due to opening of a PJSC Transneft branch in the region. This was reported by the vice-president of the company Mikhail Margelov.

"At present we are opening a branch of the company 'Transneft' in Penza. This means that the region will receive 400 jobs. We are constructing a management complex, workshops and service enterprises," he said during the briefing that was held in the regional government on Tuesday, May 2.

Mikhail Margelov added that the company has actively worked in the Penza region and as a result of its activities it paid to the regional budget over 1.2 billion rubles of taxes.

In turn, the governor of the Penza region Ivan Belozertsev thanked the vice-president of PJSC Transneft for the decision to open a branch in the region.

"We are ready to provide any kind of support. I understand that opening of the office will bring closer our attitudes to a number of issues. [...] I hope that our collaboration will get only stronger," the head of the region said.
