"Before the start of the forum of entrepreneurs ["Time of new opportunities" held on May 24] participants had a chance to examine an exposition devoted to work of multifunctional centres with business. I tried to get advice on a number of issues but understood that there are faults in this field. I had a feeling I turned to a wrong stand. I asked questions but not all of them were answered," the region head shared his impressions during an action meeting that was held in the regional parliament on Monday, May 29.

Ivan Belozertsev added that it is necessary to clear out with people in charge what kind of issues entrepreneurs can solve in a multifuctional centre and what kind of assistance is provided at an improper level.

"Information should be presented concisely, correctly and understandably. People must be satisfied when leaving the service," the governor set the task.

He ordered deputies of the Penza region government chairman Valery Bespalov and Andrei Luzgin, as well as the head of the establishment "Multifunctional centre of state and municipal services provision" Nadezhda Kozenko to use the practice of Tatarstan in the work of the multifunctional centre.
