Penza, 5 June 2017. PenzaNews. The Penza mayor Victor Kuvaytsev ordered the management of the municipal state-funded enterprise “Penza City Advertising Service” to intensify collection of debts for lease of municipal land that allows placement of advertising constructions.
In addition, he urged to settle the issue of illegal advertisements.

"This work should not be conducted selectively but comprehensively. It should be done in the main streets and avenues so that one can easily see where the issue is sorted out," he said at the meeting in the mayor's office on Monday, June 5.

As it was reported by the press service of the Penza administration, the municipal state-funded enterprise “Penza City Advertising Service” added over 70 million rubles to municipal budgets in 2016.

Over the last two weeks, enterprise representatives dismantled 73 illegal advertising constructions, including 10 structures with expired tenancy, and 19 panels from building facades.
