Penza, 9 July 2017. PenzaNews. A new department of cheese and dairy production was solemnly opened at the premises of the agricultural consumer processing cooperative “Tenzor” in the village of Kolemas of Maloserdobinsky area of the Penza region.

The ceremony held on Saturday, July 8, was attended by representatives of the regional agencies – the Ministries of Agriculture and Economy, the Veterinary department, and the head of the area administration Alexander Makushkin.

The guests were given a tour around the department. Then they could taste the products.

As reported on the website of the area administration, the license for production of three cheese types and two fermented milk products was issued.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Economy of the Penza region, the products will be delivered to the Moscow and Leningrad regions.

To organize the production, the entrepreneur got an aid grant from the state for the material and technical development of the agricultural consumer processing cooperative, which helped to reimburse 60% of the expenditure on the equipment and interior finishing.
