Mayor: Implementation of revenue part of budget does not go smoothly

Penza, 13 July 2017. PenzaNews. The level of tax and non-tax revenues in the Penza budget for the first quarter of 2017 does not meet the planned targets. This was reported by the mayor Victor Kuvaytsev.

“Today speaking about the budget replenishment we must honestly say that implementation of revenue part of budget does not go smoothly. […] Our non-tax revenue is about 250 million rubles less than the planned figure,” he said speaking to the public in the mayor’s office on Thursday, July 13.
According to the mayor, despite this, the Penza budget, as of July 12, 2017, received 306 million rubles of revenue more than for the same period in the last year.
“We assume this is not enough to implement all the programs we set including reconstruction and overhaul repair. But there is positive dynamics and we are confident that we will manage work volume,” the head of the city administration summed up.
