"Undoubtedly, it brings confusion. It certainly leads to some confrontation, nervousness and distrust," the candidate of juridical sciences said at the press conference that was held in a branch of the interregional association of Moscow lawyers "Aleynikov and partners" on Thursday, August 10.

He added that what happened was a shock to many residents of an industrial community in Bekovo.

"Unfortunately, we, the older generation, preserved a conception of the old times – when arrival of investigators meant that people could be arrested at any time," Boris Aleynikov noted.

According to him, both the fact of opening the criminal case and measures taken within the framework of the investigation affect performance of the enterprise.
