Penza, 22 September 2017. PenzaNews. The Penza mayor's office and the LLC "Water and communal services" concluded an investment agreement on Thursday, September 22.

The document stipulates modernization of urban treatment facilities and utilization of waste water sludge deposits in the city of Penza.

As the press service of the mayor's office told PenzaNews, it was planned to allocate the investment of over 1.5 billion roubles for these purposes.

"As a result of the project implementation it is expected that over 40 jobs will be created," the Penza administration noted.
