Penza, 28 September 2017. PenzaNews. The LLC "Production-commercial company Thermodom" will not be allowed to take part in tile laying in the streets of Penza due to complaints about quality of works. This was reported by the head of the city financial department Olga Zavyalkina.

"As you remember, the total amount of money allocated from the budget for tile laying is 80 million roubles. The sum of one contract concluded with the contractor is 30 million roubles. The contractor is performing works in Krasnaya street opposite to the gymnasium in Maxim Gorky street," she explained at the 37th regular session of the City Duma that was held on Thursday, September 28.

Olga Zavyalkina noted that there were some complaints about the quality of the performed works, that was why the main administrator of loans suggested not making the LLC "Production-commercial company Thermodom" involved anymore.

"When the company finishes the works we will check the quality. If the contractor has no complaints, we will pay for the amount of works performed. If a disagreement arises, we will go to court. The remaining sum – 25 million roubles – will be redistributed," the head of the city financial department explained.
