Penza, 18 October 2017. PenzaNews. On Wednesday, October 18, during his business trip to Italy the governor of the Penza region Ivan Belozertsev gave an interview to the channel Liberta.

Answering to the jourlanists' question about prospects for cooperation with the Italian business the head of the region noted the effectiveness of international partnership.

"Investments and joint activity would benefit both parties. Any person who invests in a joint production benefits," Ivan Belozertsev said.

He stressed that at that moment the Penza region had already entered into cooperation with foreign partners.

"We are working with the Italian company 'Telema', which together with our enterprise produces resistors for railway transport and nuclear submarines. The manufactured products are sold first and foremost in the Russian Federation and they give a good profit," the governor explained.

Ivan Belozertsev also spoke about region's collaboration with French, German, Turkish, Korean, Singapore, and Chinese companies.

"It is necessary to develop cooperation, and to unite efforts in order to create the high-tech product and compete in the world market", the press service of the Penza region government quotes the head of the region.
