Penza, 15 November 2017. PenzaNews. The largest amount of vodka produced in the Penza region is sold in the retail network Spar. This was reported by the Minister of Agriculture of the Penza region Andrei Burlakov.

"The largest percentage of vodka of Penza production is sold in the retail network Spar – 48% even though percentage points have been lost over the current year. [...] Quite a good result was shown by the Karavan Group and the shops "Dionis" – increase by 7%, "Magazin Moego Rayona" – increase by 4%, "Magnit" – increase in physical turnover," he said at the meeting on issues of trade networks' collaboration with Penza producers, which was held in the regional government on Wednesday, November 15.

Andrei Burlakov also noted that the alcohol supermarkets "Krasnoe&Beloe" and "Bristol" had also been successful.

"In addition to vodka, this year we have started production of fruit wine. This immediately made it possible to occupy almost 68% on the shelf. The product appeared almost in all trade networks," the minister added.
