Expert sales training organized for representatives of Penza clusters
Penza, 22 November 2017. PenzaNews. About 30 senior and middle-level managers of enterprises that are members of Penza clusters participated in the one-day training course "Expert sales system", which started at the premises of the business incubator "Tatlin".
The business coach Dmitry Norka was a speaker.
According to him, participants of the seminar would learn about effective methods of organizing the system of customer affairs, which had been tested by domestic and foreign companies, as well as the ways of increasing customers' loyalty.
"The main emphasis will be made on practising the expert sales methodology that allows building an effective strategy and sales tactics from scratch or restructuring an existing system. As a result of such an introduction, a targeted sales system that obeys to the consumer and communicates with them in a clear way emerges," the business coach explained.
The training organized by the LLC Cluster Development Centre with the support of the regional Ministry of Industry is aimed at increasing the competitiveness of IT cluster companies as well as of those that belong to the confectionery, biomedical and light industry clusters.
