"The Penza region is one of the few entities that received 5,380 million roubles for balancing," the head of the region noted at the action meeting in the regional government on Monday, November 27.

According to Ivan Belozertsev, he did not expect the sum to be more than 2.5 billion roubles.

"We received a bonus of 170 million roubles for effective use of regional funds," he added.

The governor specified that by the next reading of the regional budget it is necessary to submit a proposal for the next three years on how the funds will be used.
