Decline in fixed capital investment observed in Penza region

Penza, 6 December 2017. PenzaNews. Fixed capital investment in nine months of the year 2017 decreased by 9.5% in the Penza region compared with the same period of the previous year and amounted to 41.2 billion roubles. This is evidenced by data of a research carried out by analysts of the rating agency RIA Rating.

According to the provided information, dynamics of the investment amounted to 90.5%.

According to this factor, the Penza region occupied the 69th position in the rating of regions. It was among 37 constituent entities of the Russian Federation, where investment in fixed capital was reduced.

A positive trend is observed in 48 regions.

In the country as a whole, fixed capital investment increased by 4.2% in the nine months of 2017 reaching 9.68 trillion roubles.

In the Penza region fixed capital investment per head of population amounted to 30,699 roubles from January to September. Considering this factor, the region occupies the 63rd position in Russia.

On average, a resident of the country accounts for 65,950 roubles of fixed capital investment but such a result was achieved mainly by high performance of leading regions.

In 22 regions of Russia, the result is higher than the average level of investment arond the country.
