"The aim of the programme is to reduce the administrative burden on business: by 2018 – by 20%, and by the end of 2015 – by 200%," he reminded at the meeting of the Council for Development of Entrepreneurship and Competition under the regional government on Tuesday, December 12.

Ivan Belozertsev drew attention to the inadmissibility of exceeding official powers when responsible persons attempt to apply the maximum penalties possible.

"If a problem occurs, it is necessary to draw up a protocol. It is illegal to search for a problem in order to get a certain amount of a penalty payment. [...] This approach excites indignation of business, which creates jobs, pays taxes and also needs to sell products and pay salaries," the press service of the regional government quotes the governor.
