Penza, 19 December 2017. PenzaNews. Revenues of the Penza budget for the year 2017 are expected at the amount of 11.5 billion roubles. This was reported by the mayor Victor Kuvaytsev.

According to him, tax and non-tax revenues will amount to 4.8 billion roubles.

"In order to ensure sustainable economic growth, the city administration implements measures to increase revenues of the city budget. 449 million roubles were received from rent for land plots and sale of a tenant right. This is higher than the level of the previous year. In addition, more than 2,100 land purchase and sale deals were concluded for the amount of over 280 million roubles," he said giving a report before a group of city activists on preliminary results of work in 2017 on Tuesday, December 19.

Victor Kuvaytsev emphasized that thanks to claim settlement work the arrears with rent for land plots to the Penza budget decreased by 73 million roubles.

"180 agreements on redistribution of land plots for the total amount of 5.7 million roubles were concluded," the mayor added.

The head of the city administration specified that as a result of auctions 32 contracts of purchase and sale and 94 agreements on the lease of land plots for the total amount of 60 million roubles were concluded.

"Almost 30 million roubles were received as a result of privatization of municipal property," he noted.

Victor Kuvaytsev reported that the income from placement of non-stationary trade facilities – kiosks and pavilions – exceeded 3.5 million roubles for the first time.

"About 60 million roubles came to the budget as a result of placement of advertising structures," the mayor said.

According to him, as of December 15, 482 million roubles of tax and non-tax revenues more were received by the budget compared to the same period of the previous year.
