Number of registered LLC decreases in Penza region
Penza, 2 January 2018. PenzaNews. Over 670 limited liability companies (LLC) previously registered in the territory of the Penza region ceased to exist in the period from December 1, 2016, to December 1, 2017. This was evidenced by data of Penzastat.

Their number decreased over the year by 3.6% – from 18,845 to 18,172.
Among other organizational and legal forms, the maximum reduction is observed among production cooperatives, with the exception of agricultural ones. Only 78.8% of them remained compared to the level of 2016 – 108 instead of 137.
As for agricultural production cooperatives, there are officially only 83.2% of them remained compared to the previous quantity – 89 instead of 107.
In addition, the number of public joint stock companies (PJSC) decreased significantly in the Penza region – by 19.8% – from 177 to 142, as well as non-public ones – by 5.6% – from 289 to 273.
The number of public organizations decreased by 2.7% – 872 remained compared to previously existing 896 ones.
In general, the growth is observed only in two organizational and legal forms.
Thus, the number of autonomous non-profit organizations (ANO) increased by 7.3% from 137 to 147.
In addition, the number of religious organizations also increased in the Penza region. As of December 2016, their number changed by 1.7% from 530 to 539.
