Penza, 6 March 2018. PenzaNews. Penza region governor Ivan Belozertsev demanded from heads of administrations of city districts and municipal areas that all necessary measures should be taken to repay debts to businesses for services rendered and goods delivered.

"Businesses build schools, kindergartens, repair roads, improve yards, provide a variety of services and then for a long time do not receive payments under contracts. This is unacceptable as this serves as a limited factor in the development of small and medium businesses," he noted giving his annual investment address in the regional Philharmonic Hall on Tuesday, March 6.

The head of the region instructed the Ministry of Finance of the Penza region to monitor the debt of municipalities to the business and the heads of administrations of city districts and municipal areas to plan activities in the sphere of procurement more effectively.

"Until the end of 2018 we should repay the overdue loan debts," Ivan Belozertsev set the task.
