Penza, 5 April 2018. PenzaNews. On April 18, Rosselkhozbank will open an order book for a new rouble denominated bonded loan of a series 01T1 aimed at a wide range of investors including individuals.

"The coupon rate guidance is announced in the range of 9-9.25 per annum. The final rate will be formed according to the results of collection of applications. The issue has no date of redemption, coupon yield payment is made twice a year, the nominal value of the bonds is 1,000 roubles," the press service of the Penza Rosselkhozbank department told PenzaNews.

The financial institution noted that it is planned to get a permit of the Bank of Russia to recognize the bonded loan as subordinated.

"The placements of bonds of a series 01T1 will be based on the results of collection of applications on April 25. The sale of bonds to individuals will be organized through points of sale of JSC Rosselkhozbank. Even now everyone can contact any office of the bank, enter into a contract for brokerage services or open an individual investment account, credit a needed sum of money and submit an order to purchase the securities," Rosselkhozbank added.

The press service reminded that coupon payments on local corporate bonds issued since January 1, 2017, are not liable to personal income tax if the coupon rate does not exceed the key interest rate plus five percentage points.
