Penza budget plan for revenues received in the form of rent for land plots, the state ownership of which is not delimited, and from the sale of the right to conclude lease contracts, was fullfilled at the end of 2017 by 63.3%, said the head of the Penza financial department Olga Zavyalkina.

“With the plan of 760 million rubles, 480.3 million rubles were received. The reason for non-fulfillment of the plan is the unfair attitude of tenants to the performance of their obligations under lease agreements and non-execution of court decisions,” she explained, speaking with the report on the execution of Penza budget for 2017 at the 45th regular session of the city Duma.

Olga Zavyalkina said that in general, the revenue part of the budget was fulfilled by 96.5% – with the plan of 12,108,100,000 rubles, in fact, 11,682,800,000 rubles were received.

“The plan for tax and non-tax revenues was fulfilled by 93%. With the plan of 5,282,000,000 rubles, in fact, 4,912,200,000 rubles were received. For gratuitous transfers – by 99.2%. Tax revenues were fulfilled by 100% of the plan in the amount of 3,799,500,000 rubles. The plan for non-tax revenues was implemented by 75.1%. With the plan of 1,482,500,000 million rubles, in fact, 1,112,400,000 million rubles were received,” she added.
