Penza, 29 May 2018. PenzaNews. Developers' total rent arrears for plots of land in Penza exceeded 197 million rubles, said the head of the city administration’s Municipal Property Department Nailya Alyusheva during the meeting with Mayor Victor Kuvaytsev on Tuesday, May 29.

She explained that the debt of the JSC Penzastroy amounted to 106,800,000 rubles, of SKM Group – 40,500,000 rubles, of LLC Business Consulting Plus – 36,000,000 rubles, of LLC San-Liko-Invest – 5,800,000 rubles, of SC Penzapromstroy – 4,200,000 rubles, and of LLC Sever-Trast – 3,700,000 rubles.

Therefore, the head of the Penza administration Victor Kuvaytsev instructed his deputy Magomed Agamagomedov to hold a meeting with the leaders of these organizations and explain them that the municipality may withdraw some land plots from them.

“With rare exceptions, we are talking about large companies that work successfully. Significant volume of construction in the city does not relieve them from fulfilling their obligations,” he said.

In the course of the meeting, Nailya Alyusheva informed the audience that the major non-payers of the rent for land plots also include production association Zavod Penztekstilmash, which debt amounts to 8 million rubles, and garage construction co-operatives Oktyabrsky Sad and Lesnoy, which debt amounts to more than 2 million and 1 million rubles respectively, the press service of the Penza administration said.
