After a detailed analysis of a number of proposals for the management of guestroom inventory the group of companies Industrial Raw Materials – the developer of the multifunctional hotel complex in Prospekt Stroiteley street in Penza, the opening of which is scheduled for July 2018 – signed an agreement with the famous Russian chain Azimut Hotels.
As follows from the information published on the website of the complex, the new 15-storey hotel in Arbekovo will be called Azimut Hotel Penza. Originally it was positioned as Apart Hotel Victoria.
It is expected that the lower floors will include a lobby, a restaurant, a shopping gallery, beauty salons and other services; offices of the business centre will be located at 3-6 floors; and 7-15 floors will have 166 hotel rooms from standard to deluxe.
Currently the developer is interested in expanding cooperation with investors considering the possibility of obtaining stable rental income. Now it is possible to purchase not only hotel rooms but also various premises including offices with an area of up to 750 square metres.
