An office of the multifunctional centre for business, which will become a structural subdivision of the municipal public institution Penza Procurement Centre, will be located at the premises with an area of about 350 square metres on the first floor of residential house No. 14 in Gertsen street.

"The opening of the centre involves the creation of car parking but given that the centre will be opened at the premises of an apartment building it is necessary to organize parking space in such a way that would cause no disturbance to the residents," mayor Victor Kuvaytsev noted on examining the premises on Wednesday, June 6.

As it was reported by the press service of the city administration, he had also ordered to landscape the surrounding area.

According to the portal of public procurement, on June 1 the Penza Department of Capital Construction announced an electronic auction on the selection of a contractor to carry out the repair of the premises of the future multifunctional centre for business in Gertsen street.

The initial (maximum) price of the contract is 2.3 million roubles.

The electronic auction is scheduled for June 18.
