Penza, 13 June 2018. PenzaNews. The arbitration court of the Penza region declared LLC Penzastroy bankrupt. A bankruptcy proceeding for a period of six months was opened against the company.

The decision was made by judge Elena Karpova at the hearing held on Wednesday, June 13, by results of consideration of the report of acting manager Venera Aminora and the application of creditors.

The hearing on the issue of completion or extension of the bankruptcy proceeding is scheduled for 14.00 December 12.

Venera Aminova was appointed bankruptcy manager.

In the period up to December 5 she must submit to the court reports about the work done, the use of debtor's funds, the sale of property and a justification of the prolongation of the bankruptcy proceeding.
