Penza, 18 July 2018. PenzaNews. The results of the contest held in the framework of the regional stage of the programme 100 Best Russian Goods were summed by in the conference hall of the Penza region government on Wednesday, July 18.

Welcoming those present, deputy chairman of the regional government Valery Bespalov said that at the federal level the region will be represented by 42 products and services.

In turn, the director of the federal state-funded institution PenzaCSM, Andrei Danilov, noted that the contest had been organized for the 21st time and included five nominations: Food Products, Industrial Engineering Products, Industrial Goods for Population, Services for Population, as well as Arts and Crafts.

"This year it seemed to us that all products and services registered for the contest are worth receiving the titles of diploma holders and laureates, that is no participants were eliminated this year," he noted.

The director of PenzaCSM specified that as in previous years, enterprises of food and processing industry were the most active.

"We were pleased that quite a lot of new companies were represented in the category Arts and Crafts," Alexander Danilov added.

He expressed confidence that the products that had passed to the federal stage will be awarded with identification marking.
