The project worth 4.5 million roubles is suggested to be implemented in the territory of the industrial park Otvel.
"At the moment it's just a perfect location. There is the highway M5 Ural nearby, all utilities are ready, and most importantly waste treatment facilities capable of serving the whole complex have been built," Konstantin Volkov, who had initiated the project, noted.
In turn, Yoav Dagan drew attention to the fact that it will be impossible to implement what had been planned without the support of the regional authorities.
"We aim at long-term interaction and joint work on the implementation of the social component - training of young people. We are interested in long-term outlook," he said.
According to the press service of the regional government, the project provides for the creation of 570 new jobs.
