Penza, 21 October 2018. PenzaNews. 360,652 square metres of housing were commissioned in the Penza region at the expense of all sources of financing from January to September 2018. This was evidenced by data of Penzastat.

This makes up slightly more than 73% compared to the same period last year, when 493,000 square metres of housing were commissioned.

At the same time, the share of individual housing increased to almost 68%. In the first nine months of this year, more than 245,000 square metres were commissioned.

Last year, the share of individual housing was estimated at 55.7%.
