About 37 million roubles of budget funds were saved during the procurement for municipal needs through the municipal public institution Penza Procurement Centre for the first nine months of 2018. Larisa Cherkasova added that not all municipal enterprises hold tenders through the municipal public institution Penza Procurement Centre.
