Kuznetsk, 1 December 2018. PenzaNews. Opening of a new blending shop in the territory of Kuznetsk Distillery (member of the holding United Penza Distilleries) is planned in spring 2019. This was announced by executive director of Kuznetsk Distillery Mikhail Shinyaev in an interview to the newspaper Kuznetsky Rabochiy.

"The volume of investments will be about 200 million roubles. All processes, including blending, will be automated, which will increase the production of sweet and bitter liquors twice. Accordingly, the amount of deductible taxes will double," he explained.

Mikhail Shinyaev noted that the plant is currently working in three shifts, but the company does not have time to fulfil all orders, and therefore it is planned to transfer production to a 24/7 mode.

"For this purpose it is necessary to hire additional 100 employees. [...] We have a lack of people. We run advertisements in newspapers, on websites, on creeping lines of banners but the problem of the lack of specialists is very serious. We have recently been to Kameshkir together with the centre of employment of the Kuznetsk area and held a job fair. We are ready to provide corporate transport. However, if you think that there is a queue of people calling and willing to work at the distillery, you are wrong since the work in the shops is intense," the executive director said.

Speaking about the range of products, Mikhail Shinyaev said that in 2016 the distillery had learned how to produce 30 new types of alcoholic beverages, in 2017 – 21 beverages, and since the beginning of 2018 – eight ones.
