Penza, 24 January 2019. PenzaNews. 662,983 square metres of housing were commissioned in the Penza region in 2018 at the expense of all sources of financing.

According to the Penza Statistics Service, this was 25% less than the level of 2017, when about 887,000 square metres of housing had been commissioned.

The main volume – over 62% – still accounted for individual housing construction. Over the year, 413,961 square metres were commissioned. This was 22% less than a year earlier.

According to official data, in 2018 the volume of construction work performed by own forces in full circle was estimated at 30,047,429,000 roubles. The volume index to the level of 2017 was 95%.
