Governor of the Penza region Ivan Belozertsev thinks that in conditions of increasing competition in the sphere of banking services, representatives of credit and financial institutions should pursue a more aggressive policy in terms of informing potential customers about available opportunities.

"You shouldn't wait for clients to come to you. You should approach people, promote yourself at enterprises and deal with businesses," he said at a meeting of the Council on Economic and Investment Policy on the topic "Banking sector: results of work in 2018 and prospects for development", held in the regional government on Wednesday, February 27.

According to Ivan Belozertsev, bank employees should be present at all municipal and regional events with the participation of entrepreneurs and industrialists. They should "ask to be given an opportunity to speak to convey their information".
