Penza, 16 April 2019. PenzaNews. 140,866 square metres of housing were commissioned in the Penza region from January to March, 2019, at the expense of all sources of financing.

According to Penzastat, almost 87% of the commissioned housing, that is 122,255 square metres, account for individual housing construction.

The volume of housing commissioned in the first quarter of 2019 increased by more than 15% if compared with January-March 2018. At the same time, the growth in the sphere of individual housing amounted to almost 86%.
