Vice mayor: The number of unauthorised facilities decreased in Penza

Penza, 16 April 2019. PenzaNews. The number of illegally erected capital constructions decreased in Penza. This was reported by vice mayor Magomed Agamagomedov commenting on the situation from 2017 onwards.

"Their number has decreased," he said at a meeting in the Penza administration on Tuesday, April 16.
Magomed Agamagomedov added that this was confirmed by data of the department of construction management and town planning and architecture of the city hall.
According to him, at the stage of the start of the design or when obtaining a plot of land entrepreneurs began to ask more questions about how to construct a building without violations and what documents should be used as guidelines.
"We are conducting such [explanatory] work," the vice-mayor added.
