Penza, 24 May 2019. PenzaNews. 192,752 square metres of housing was commissioned in the Penza region from January to April 2019 at the expense of all sources of financing.

According to Penzastat, it is 30% more than during the same period of the previous year.

In addition, the main share – almost 86% - accounts for individual housing construction. 165,486 square metres of individual housing was commissioned. This is more than 81% higher than in January-April 2018.
