Penza, 21 June 2019. PenzaNews. The Ministry of Economy of the Penza region prepared a questionnaire to identify problems faced by representatives of the business sector when conducting activity in the region.

The questionnaire asks to indicate what exactly caused a difficulty – whether it was registration of a legal entity, issues connected with property rights, those with obtaining a license or permits for construction, connection to engineering networks or other aspects.

In addition, it is proposed to state what authorities and development institutions appeals were sent to in order to solve the issues that arose. It is also asked to assess if responsible persons were interested in a positive outcome, and whether the situation improved.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Economy of the Penza region, the analysis of completed questionnaires will identify problems that will have to be discussed at a meeting of the headquarters for the formation of a favourable investment environment.
