Penza, 3 July 2019. PenzaNews. 500,000 square metres of housing is planned to be commissioned in Penza by the end of 2019. This was said by deputy head of the city administration Magomed Agamagomedov.

He specified that the indicator was planned to be reached due to the commissioning of 256,000 square metres of apartment houses and 244,000 square metres of individual housing.

"To date, an apartment building in the 3rd district of Arbekovo and residential complex Aristokrat have been commissioned. Documents for commissioning two other buildings in the 7th district of Arbekovo have been prepared. Commissioning of other construction facilities is planned by months," the vice mayor explained at a meeting held in the administration of Penza on Wednesday, July 3.

In turn, mayor Victor Kuvaytsev drew attention to the fact that the volume of housing commissioning was one of the main indicators of social and economic development of the territory.
