Penza, 4 July 2019. PenzaNews. Facts of illegal trade in vegetables, fruits, melons and gourds were registered in Kommunisticheskaya Street, Suvorova Street and Prospekt Pobedy Street in Penza. This was reported by the press service of the city administration.

The sale of the goods was carried out from cars and tables in violation of current legislation. In addition, the seller had no documents proving quality of goods, personal book of medical records and an agreement with the Penza administration on placement of a non-stationary commercial facility at a municipal plot of land.

Following results of the inspection, an employee of Rosselkhoznadzor drew up five protocols on violation of rules for selling quarantineable products.
