Almost 260,000 square metres of housing commissioned in Penza

Penza, 17 September 2019. PenzaNews. Almost 260,000 square metres of housing has been commissioned in Penza since the beginning of 2019. This was said by deputy head of the city administration Magomed Agamagomedov.

According to him, this makes up almost 52% of the annual plan.
Magomed Agamagomedov specified that for 12 months 500,000 square metres of housing was planned to be commissioned: 261,000 square metres in apartment buildings and another 238,000 square metres in private housing.
The vice mayor explained that weekly meetings were conducted with representatives of all building companies that were to commission apartment buildings in 2019.
"In total till the end of the year it is necessary to put into operation 20 apartment houses: two – in September, seven – in October, and the remained houses – in November and December," Magomed Agamagomedov said at a meeting that took place at the mayoralty on Tuesday, September 17.
He added that weekly raids were conducted, during which specialists advised owners of land plots and individual houses on the inventory and real estate cadastral registration.
In the near future, this work is planned to be intensified, the press service of the city hall informs.
