According to him, this is evidenced by the results of a rating compiled by non-profit organization National Association of Investment and Development Agencies.

"Since the beginning of the year, five major investment projects have been implemented in the region. For our region, this is, of course, a victory," Ivan Belozertsev said during an operational meeting held in the government of Penza region on Monday, October 7.

He noted that "there is no more important task today than attracting investors".

"We should work for that," the governor emphasized.
