According to her, this is due to the fact that the actual rates of receipt of tax and non-tax revenues are lagging behind the planned figure for the first nine months of 2019.

"According to the results of 2019, it is expected that the plan for 1 billion 200 million roubles will not be fulfilled," Irina Muchkaeva said at the meeting of the government of Penza region, held last Tuesday, October 29.

She specified that this will be mainly due to excise duties on wine and beer, corporate profit tax and personal income tax.

"In essence, the actual tax and non-tax revenues for 2019 are roughly predicted to be at the level of 2018," the acting minister said.
