Penza, 22 August 2020. PenzaNews. 245 600 square metres of housing was commissioned in Penza at the expense of all sources of financing in January-July 2020, which is 16.2% more than in the same period in 2019. This was evidenced by data of Penzastat.

Penza accounted for 55% of the total volume of housing commissioned in the region in the first seven months of the year.

At the same time, the population built 149 400 square metres of housing on the territory of the regional centre. The volume of commissioning of individual housing construction projects in Penza increased by 1.8% as compared to January-July 2019.
