“I am always concerned about the availability and state of the building complex, because [...] even if there is financing for certain programmes, there will be neither hospitals, nor schools, nor new landscaped areas nor roads in a region, when the construction complex is in a poor condition. It can be stated that Penza has a fairly good, solid building complex,” he said.
According to the minister, this gives confidence that federal projects will not be derailed.
Vladimir Yakushev also highly appreciated the projects implemented by Penza developers.
“We really see that new residential complexes are being built up in a complex manner. Nowadays, there are no houses in Penza that are being built in an open field, there is a modern social infrastructure, excellent schools, kindergartens, a comfortable environment, which is very important for our residents because everyone wants additional benefits to the square metres they buy. People purchase a comfortable environment: they pay for a yard, a parking lot, so that they feel comfortable in a place of residence. I saw all this today,” the head of the Ministry of Construction said.
