Penza, 26 October 2020. PenzaNews. Penza region governor Ivan Belozertsev expressed his concern about the growth of housing prices on the primary market.

“As the head of the region, I am concerned that construction companies are increasing the cost per square metre. [...] If you look at the Volga Federal District, we are somewhere in the fifth place when it comes to the price of 1 square metre,” he said during a meeting held at the regional government via videoconference on Monday 26 October.

According to him, “this is not good”.

“Prices should be balanced, and I think that raising prices by construction companies at such a pace is unacceptable,” Ivan Belozertsev emphasized.
