Penza, 27 October 2020. PenzaNews. 330 000 square metres of housing was commissioned in Penza at the expense of all sources of financing in January-September 2020, which is 12.4% more than in the same period in 2019. This was announced by the deputy head of the city administration, Magomed Agamagomedov, during a weekly meeting held at the city hall on Tuesday, October 27.

According to him, the volume of commissioning in the field of individual housing construction amounted to 182 000 square metres, another 148 000 square metres fell on the share of apartment houses.

“By the end of October we forecast commissioning of 354 000 metres, which makes up 63% of the plan. In 2020 it is planned to commission 557 000 sq. m.," the press service of the Penza administration quotes the vice-mayor.
